First courses entirely made in our kitchen.
Our pasta is made only using 100% organic flours, to guarantee a unique, fresh and genuine product.

Dishes made only with selected grains. We chose a 100% Carnaroli rice aged almost 18 months, that makes our risotto extremely creamy.
We also chose an organic wholewheat long red rice, with amazing properties against cholesterol.
